Founded in 2009 in New York City, Cosmos Copa is one of the most prominent amateur adult soccer tournaments in the United States. Situated in one of the world's great cosmopolitan meccas, Cosmos Copa was created to bring New Yorkers together to enjoy the city's rich cultural diversity through the spectacle of soccer.

Cosmos Copa is comprised of community based "national teams" whose players proudly play for the heritage and culture they represent. They compete for the esteemed title of New York City Champion and the honor of hoisting the Cosmos Cup.

With the support of the legendary New York Cosmos soccer club, Cosmos Copa will continue to expand its global reach, elevate the level of play, and inspire youth to play the beautiful game we all love.
